A perpetual search for truth

Formation is an ongoing effort in the Assumption. Each Assumptionist must be a perpetual novice as our Founder, the Venerable Fr. Emmanuel d’Alzon, emphasized. He said that the moment an Assumptionist stops with his studies or formation, this is the end of the Assumption. Overall, formation in the Assumption emphasizes on three pillars: faith, formation to common life and apostolate in solidarity with the poor. Read more about the spirituality of the Assumptionists
